His low showings include the UN unable to kill Spiderman and Thing. So that needs to average out with Inbetweener and Scrier. It's basic logic.

and Prime was beaten by the Teen Titans a bunch of mid tiers who wouldn't make Galan flinch. Let's not lowball here, I'm taking account to both of high ends at base

Galactus and Scrier fought with moon/planets. Nothing else was destroyed. Oblivion wasn't even sure if it wasn't an illusion either.
