Ironically dry counties have worse rates of drunk driving and meth use.
I wonder if ALL the money spent on drug-prohibition and alcohol prohibition in those dry counties, was spent on drug rehab programs and "back to work" programs? What would it do to their crime rates, addiction rates, DWI rates, and teen pregnancy rates?

Drugs are bad, and my ability for nuanced thought and consideration ends at that those three words. Kill the drug users, just like President Duterte says.
The solution is clearly get President Duterte high. Just not on bath salts cuz that will just make things worse.
