I think our tier list is there for a reason, Superman is considedred too powerful for trans tier yet people are arguing for herald level can beat him? replace Superman's name with say Odin or SBP, he's absolutely on their level now. Would you see something like Odin vs Blue Marvel or SBP vs Terrax being made constantly?
Only Superman has this treatment, a lot of people don't accept him on that level and it's ok. the traditional opinion 8 years ago of Superman, Surfer, Thor, Hulk are on the same level as most powerful heralds is a false preconceived notion that is hard to shake off.

Carver just has a very low opinion of DC and high opinion of Marvel
