They are the same ones who want to get into shape. Then when I tell them to stop watching TV so much and workout 2 hours a day, they all of a sudden get defensive and don't have time.
They talk about watching this show or that show at work. They clearly have time to workout. It means they don't REALLY want to get into shape. They are just saying things they don't believe.
Same with the "I'm low on money. I'm poor."
Okay, cancel your cable and any other non-essential subscription service you have. Stop drinking $5 Starbucks drinks. Sell your big ass truck and get a used dinky high-gas mileage car. Create a budget and have your check direct deposit x amount of dollars into your savings account that you're not allowed to touch unless you have a specific savings or investment goal that you planned months before.
But no one wants to do that. It's work and effort.
All the excess Americans have...I wish they'd listen to me, give me 10% of their income, and save all that money. Hell, the money I could save them just on improving their fitness (from future medical bills and quality of life) would be great.

France study shows infection rate is more than 25%. They used a combination of blood tests, blood bank donation tests, symptom checks, and hospitalization data to come up with a "truer" population infection rate.
The antibody tests, alone, showed 25% infection rate. What their study showed was that far more of the population had already been exposed in February before lockdown measures were put in place. Meaning, the lockdown measures were inappropriate and far too late. If they wanted to stop the spread of the virus, they would have needed to lockdown in Jan.

This is the most complete study on infections, infection rates, hospitalization, and antibodies that I have seen. It's quite holistic. They even went after the families of all the students to test them, as well (this is how you do proper tracing).
France was likely within 2-3 weeks of reaching heard immunity and implementing their lockdown measures likely caused more deaths and infections: the opposite of the intended effect.
Hindsight is 2020. SARS-CoV-2 will go down in history as the worst response to a pandemic in human history.
