Cuomo shocked that 66% of all new SARS-CoV-2 cases are from people sheltering at home:

YOU DON'T SAY?

Maybe you'll listen to the epidemiologists, next time, when they tell you that forcing everyone into tiny enclosed spaces all day is the opposite way you combat a SARS virus?

And no his being a "comedian" is no excuse for this type of shit.

Nice! Congrats!

Thanks. I'm a type-1 diabetic though, so I won't be running off to play kick the can with my buddies just yet.

Just in case people wanted to get buttmadder about this coronavirus crap:

The members of the press remove their masks after the press briefings and disregard the social distancing guidelines that they preach about on their news stations:

We passed 80K, it's looking more and more like Fauci will be [unfortunately] correct and this will kill over 100K in the US alone.

Yes some of the "just another flu" posts do appear to be saying similar things to what our media was telling us around the same time. Amusing indeed.

Yes Fox and tons of left leaning outlets did shift. Correct.

Don't worry. I'm sure the banks will make a significant chunk of the population homeless soon enough.

The "leftist outlets" were initially attacked for making covid out to be more than it was believed to be, ie overplayed, hyped it. Now they actually downplayed. Neat, that.

It's a cold virus. 👆

And I hope you ran across the post I made where I first ran my model: .3%-.6% mortality rate. It turns out to be closer to the flu at .13% and I over shot the mortality rate.

In Oklahoma, for example, people were out and about, shopping, doing their thing, almost no change in habits. Then many retail places closed. Then the mass hysteria and almost everybody went out. Still very little change in the data and habits.

We have dropped to almost 0 but they are still projecting us to hit daily death peak on May 1.

WTF?

I agree because they don't come close to comparing to Tokyo even a tiny bit and yet, Tokyo didn't experience what NYC did.

Thanks. I'm sure the Oklahomans who may die from your totally-not-sarcastic luck-wishing are grateful that you're wishing them to not die.

But considering OK hit a peak April 7th and it has been trending downwards and people are still out in droves, shopping, we will likely be okay and the IHME projections, which have always been wrong, literally every single day, by huge margins, are not correct.

Thanks for the info
