Then I have good news for you:
Asymptomatics very rarely spread the virus:
"We have a number of reports from countries who are doing very detailed contact tracing,” Kerkhove said. "They’re following asymptomatic cases. They’re following contacts. And they’re not finding secondary transmission onward. It’s very rare."
Asymptomatics "are much less likely to transmit the virus than those who develop symptoms."
Regardless, wearing a mask may not hurt if you follow very strict mask wearing protocols, sanitization procedures (and frequently), and the mask is an N95 mask without valves/vents. Wearing a cloth mask will, however, increase your chance of a respiratory infection.
