IOW, you can't answer the question.

As expected. Best not to make silly claims you can't back up. Makes you look dishonest.

You asking a question isn't pointing out where I'm being dishonest or biased. You've not done that because you can't.

The question is to illustrate your bias and you know it, that's why you're refusing to answer it.

Well, it seems dishonest to think drinking a fish tank cleaning version of it is the same as taking a prescribe dose of it.

The dude died from overdosing on the wrong kind of the same drug.

It would be like saying water is good for you.

Yes, good for you when you drink it in realistic portions. Not trying to inject ice into your veins.

Getting a prescription for an anti-viral vs. drinking it are definitely not the same thing. Trump is not to blame at all. Not even a tiny bit. These people are morons.

dishonesty does seem 2 be going around.

"Hydroxychloroquine could cause fatal heart arrhythmias especially in people with underlying heart disease, doctors said."

"It’s not like a brand new drug that’s just been created that may have an unbelievable, monumental effect, like kill you.”

To make it a closer analogy it would be like lying and saying drinking water could save your life form a deadly virus thats sweepimg the nation where the majority of the country is scarred shitless, but no one can get water (the thing our president falsely told us is safe and can save us) but they can get ice.

Were the people stupid? Absolutely.

Were they acting irrationally out of fear? Yep

Is it reasonable to assume that when people are afraid for their live they will act irrationally and do stupid things? Yep

Should the President as the leader of our nation know better?

According to some i guess not

It is not the President’s (or anyone’s for that matter) job to try to predict the level of stupid some ppl can sink to nor to prevent stupid ppl from doing these stupid things.

Unless he TOLD them (aka a call to action) to take the drug, it is not his fault that they took the wrong drug incorrectly.

If you want to blame someone (other than the stupid ppl doing the stupid thing), blame Darwin.

So you need me to actually say something biased in order to prove I said something biased.

@nib

By thay logic its not the chinese govts job to warn or be honest with other countries about dangerous viral outbreaks. Its their job to do what theyb think is best for their country.

I guess china did nothing wrong

Explain how that is using nib's logic.

I already have, you can't answer the question because you know the answer would showcase the bias in your original post. that's why you're running.

.....!

Wow. That is just... crazy logic dude.

If you’re comparing a nation’s duty to protect its citizens and the citizen’s of its allies and neighbors from a global pandemic that can kill thousands and destroy the economy to a person needing to prevent every single stupid person from doing every single stupid thing then you might wanna take a step back from your TV/PC/tablet/phone and do a bit of introspection.

Perfect. Everyone should go back to their lives and stop worrying about COVID-19.

If they didn't panic last year, they shouldn't be panicking this year.

And I have the data to prove it.

Can you imagine how terrible a cataclysmic pandemic like the Plague would be? Even something like the Spanish Influenza now would case a breakdown of society, Covid is relatively weak in comparison and we’re already seeing economic recession, mass unemployment, and a tanking of our stock markets. A contagion that was leveling off thousands of people a week would utterly destroy society.

The water and ice analogy you made is good.

Like with any pharmaceuticals, you should only us them as directed.

There's only "Ice" available unless you go to the doctor and get a prescription for "water."

But be fair: drinking too much water can kill you, as well. Same with almost anything. People with medical conditions that make them mortally susceptible to this drug are no different than people who are more susceptible to hyponatremia.

If there's bias in my original post you shouldn't need me to say anything else in order to point it out.

The biggest irony is Surt choosing not to use the actual names of the chemicals... because he was trying to actually be dishonest.

And then you show your bias by attempting to call me out rather than him.

Hilarious.

No, he was being honest. the people trying to claim Trump is to blame because he mentioned legit research are the ones being dishonest. Trump mentioning legit research in no way makes him even 1% responsible for people drinking a "fish tank cleaner".
