I see a distinct difference between alternate futures and parallel universes. A mainstream character and his or her alternate future self are the same being. Isn't KC Superman that?
Also, you stated that Supes and Diana being able to procreate has been demonstrably proven false. Where has this inability been demonstrated on panel?
It has been almost universally shown in comics that sapient beings of all species can procreate with each other. That has practically become the default.

You asserted that it has been demonstrated that they can't. That is not the same as stating that I have not proven that they can. You made an undeniably false statement.
Now as for my "proof", Superman and Wonder Woman procreating decades in the future logically proves that they can do so now. Alternate versions of them doing so supports this and it doesn't violate the rules because whether they can procreate together or not has nothing to do with supporting or debunking feats nor any other type of prowess.
Add to that the fact that in comics, interspecies procreation among sapient beings has almost no limits.
