Flash still needs to think to dodge or at least feel something making contact with his body (like that bullet scratching the back of his head).

UI is fully automatic, it's not even muscle memory Wonder Woman shit, it's much more.

But Alberto messed the whole thing up by posting an Ultra Instinct Sign in the OP, which is *not* the proper Ultra Instinct mode facepalm
