speedblitze is just one option, she can nova blast right off the bat, her energy projection travels real fast, especially when it's 50 fts

this is not regular gun dude vs psylocke...
psylocke fighting starfire is like a martial artist versus someone with heavy guns. completely different tier when it comes to offensive weaponary. her only trump card is her tp, which she's not fast enough to use in a 1 on 1 battle
and those blitzing feats are so meh, I can find low meta replicating it, if psylocke decide to go close combat, it would be rude awakening for her...

Nova blast is irrelevant to the speedblitz issue. Both characters have long distance attacks so we can argue about whether Starfire would nova before Psylocke would mindblast, but none of that makes Starfire capable of speedblitzing Psylocke

I don’t disagree that Starfire could win. But claiming that Starfire would blitz Psylocke because of Kory’s travel speed is the same as claiming that Thor blitzes Wolverine.

I can't believe a blitz is being argued for Starfire. Even Golgo doesn't go that far lol. There's been too many posts to quote individually so I'll just respond to points I'm seeing.
Starfire is in the same speed bracket as Carol Danvers and Rogue, and they have more impressive feats in some regards.
Rogue has literally outran a laser while being no where close by when it was fired, as Wolverine's senses didn't pick her up. She can stand directly in front of two gatling guns, catch all the bullets and throw them back.Yet, she can't land a hit on Psylocke in close combat, or during bullrushes as was suggested for Starfire.
As for dodging starbolts, Rogue has dodged Dazzler's light beams just fine. Psylocke herself has deflected point blank lasers and dodged repulsor blasts. These don't make any of these characters lightspeed. Let's chill out with this.

Either of these characters is blitzing the other is unlikely. Straight up, I think Psylocke would be fine speed-wise in close combat with Kori. Kori certainly isn't too fast for a ranged psi-bolt though.
High metas generally can't blitz each other. The speed differences aren't astronomical like they are at high herald or such.
