^my real opinion is that if this is classic starbrand wielded by someone like say Ereshkigal then yeah starbrand would win
but per my op it's kevin conner, he's too green, I think he still can take a few wins, just not the majority. he has not many impressive feats, other than beating entropy and those other 2 abstracts who are featless.
He did blow up a beyonder, but then again it was extreme outlier and that whole arc was crazy inconsistent.
