Quanchi in days past was the most notorious, imo. Everyone loved to hate him. Gotta respect that. No one put forth the effort he did, or maybe ever will.
Stilt can troll in epic fashion but he adds self effacing humor to it.
I know this is isn't a topic on who is, or was, the biggest troll. I just wanted to add my three fity.
Also, mindset with his rape trolling is missed.
