Okay, play games.

I apologize if NYTimes and the court documents have upset you but there's no games to be had, here.

Genuinely wondering why you feel, if there is no precedent, why the law should start being applied this way now?
because i keep answering all of silent and your questions, the goal post moves, i provide proof, goal post moves etc... And the goal posts keep moving without any sort of reciprocation from the other side. None of my questions get answered, i receive no proof for ur 2 claims but u keep wanting more and more.

Now the actual laws, statutes, and legal definitions arent enough, u want me to provide acutal cases that have set the precedent before u offer anything. I even told u what to google 2 get the answer u wanted. And u wouldnt do that.

Lol gtfo here with that.

its like u ignored me saying how the prosecution will have to provide evidence and a narrative that both fits the evidence and is likely to lead to a conviction.

Maybe u didnt ignore it and just hoped it would magically go away

IOW, you admit that as of yet, the state hasn't meet their burden.

I agree. 👆

What "3rd video" exists of the fight that made it so obvious to previous prosecutors on the case that they dismissed the case?

Arbery's parents' lawyer is the one that released the shaky-shitty video. On purpose. To cause a public outcrcy to force a Jury Trial. IMO, that's exactly what he should have done.

Sounds slimey to me, manipulating public sentiment like that.

Never understood why anyone ever caved to public pressure anyways. Take this guy:

YouTube video

I love this video.

I think the Mayor is a goddarned idiot, think just about anyone should have known better then to say this. And yet there was no lynching. No one calling for his head on a pike.

What are people so afraid of angry mobs for these days. In the US. What, people can't take being angrily shouted at.

If I was confronted by a mob, I'd give 'em something alright. Both cheeks.

And they wouldn't do a thing about it, because this isn't the middle ages.

I think I remember that, people got buttburt over him saying he'd be getting tacos?

That's East Haven for you. Only they would elect a guy like that.

That's the next town over from where I live in Branford. My mother and father actually went to school with him. When they heard about the taco comment, they said "Not surprised."

But again, he kept his head, and his job. Even got re-elected.

What is it about people in power and fear of public pressure. Public outcry is nothing. Angry words can't hurt anyone.

You're making a good point, people need to grow spines.

Look at the democrat governor of Virginia who wore black face. He refused to bow to public pressure from other democrats calling for his resignation.

If it wasn't already noted. They've been denied bail (good) and both have been charged with murder and aggravated assault. No future court date set.

Can't say the bail thing bothers me.

Though since a lot of people lied and said this was just an innocent jogger killed for being black good luck finding an impartial jury.

Sure it does, surt.

We live in the world of mass media. The jury's job is to take what is shown in the trial, but you had to preemptively defend a possible conviction.

They shouldn't have even been in the position they were in for the incident to occur....bet they wished they hadn't gotten all loaded up now.

I don't follow with "loaded". Were they drunk?

He means "locked and loaded".

That was my second guess and yes, you can't murder someone with a gun if there's no guns.

Where did I indicate them being denied bail bothered me?

You've been defending their honor since page two. Or was it one?

edit: It was one.

Man who recorded shooting under investigation.

Police claim he tried to block them, which he denies.

It's not a bad question, asking how this man captured the recording.
