I get that. You're like a dog with a bone with this. You're not making me mad though, buddy. 🙂
I'm not trying to make you mad. Seriously, I don't want Surt to do his Surt thing to you anymore.
I just have to look back at your posts just a bit more than 4 years ago...and you're this shiny golden poster. Then here comes Surt, he kicks the door open to the GDF and starts trolling you.
I found a picture of Surt the moment he came into the GDF to troll:

No. You got personal when you PM'd me about your colon polyps. And you described how you had to angle your butt just right so that the poop that comes out at an angle, ends up in the toilet.
I'm sleepy. I might take a nap.

You should have said, alleged victim. the way you worded it assumes one side is innocent and the other guilty. which shows your bias.Just like right now, the two guys should be called alleged murderers. we'll have to wait for the trial to see which side was guilty.
Homocide- "When someone takes the life of another, regardless of intent or other details surrounding the incident, it is called a homicide"
"regardless of intent or other details surrounding the incident"

The Mcmichaels committed Homocide, and Ahmaud was their victim. These are undeniable facts.
Whether or not they had legal grounds to commit homocide and whether or not it amounts to murder is what the trial will decide.
The Mcmichaels killed Ahmaud and in doing so committed Homocide and in doing so made him a victim of said homocide.
Originally posted by Silent Masterno its a fact.
As you don't have all the evidence, that is just your biased opinion.
The Homocide was recorded on video and their admission was documented and recorded on body camera by the officer on scene.
"McMichael stated they saw the unidentified male and shouted " stop stop ,
we want to talk to you " . Michael stated they pulled up beside the male and
shouted stop again at which time Travis exited the truck with the shotgun .
McMichael stated the unidentified male began to violently attack Travis and the
two men then started fighting over the shotgun at which point Travis fired a
shot and then a second later there was a second shot . Michael stated the male
fell face down on the pavement with his hand under his body. McMichael stated he rolled the man over to see if the male had a weapon .
I observed blood on McMichael' s hands from rolling the unidentifiedmale
over. Photographswere taken of McMichaelshands and were uploadedto Spillman under property number 20 - 03176."
"My Axon body camarawas on while I was on scene and the video has been
uploaded into Spillman under property number 20- 03179. Glynn County Coroner was
notified and Coroner Christy Rozier arrived on scene. CoronerRozier pronounced
time of death to be 13: . Glynn County CID was calledto the scene and upon
their arrival the scene was turned over to them."
These are undeniable facts that simply supersede ur opinion and feelings.
I get u really really really dont want to be wrong about this but u clearly are.
Homicide is not under question. A homicide was committed.
Justifiable homicide vs. one of two types of manslaughter is what is being considered in the trial.
There is no doubt at all that a homicide occurred. The McMichael's do not deny this.
Homicide is simply a human killing another homicide. We have many different kinds of homicide. Matricide, Regicide, homicide, Intentional Homicide, Murder 1, Murder 2, Manslaughter, Negligent Homicide, etc.
