You cannot know a person who looks like you is part of a different tribal belief system until you talk to them. Such as Irish people who are Southern Baptists vs. Mormons. Look the same. But the SBs really really hate those dang crazy Mormons if they find out.

To avoid the confusion, I just call her "sweetheart." Her circle of friends are more traditional and she'd get ripped a new one for not having a formal ceremony that invited the hundreds of people.
