After it begins to break out Monica uses electricity to give Adam a mental boost. It's still him doing it and T'Challa is impressed. The Shaper's body is used to create a multiverse and this is his spirit remaining. That's why the poster called him "weakened". He is still recruited as part of Galactus' Eternity Watch.

The ghost was disappearing and Adam helped it stay long enough to say it’s message. It wasn’t resisting, it wasn’t fighting against Adam and it wasn’t destructive energy that pushed against the force field.

And the ghost of shaper was breaking free and would have unless Monica boosted him. That was a large bit of context
Black Panther was impressed because he thought it was the shaper. BM corrected him
Have proof this ghost/echo was multiversal? As just earlier Black Panther/Captain Marcel was able to dissipate and beat the ghost easily. While he was recovering that’s when BM used his field

Punched Namor as Hard as Hulk or Thor
Casually carried Arkansas sized meteor
Tanked a hydrogen bomb
Stalemated Hickman's Hyperion
One shotted Ultimate Hulk
Smashed Ultimo (team buster)
Knocked Maestro for a loop.
Hit Namor with Hulk/Thor level punch.
Defeated an alien whose power registered off the charts.
Etc.
