Well, I don't like to pretend people's actions are not their responsibility. That's degrading to the adults who made the decision to protest despite the fears of COVID-19. They are not that stupid. They know what they are doing. They are risking getting themselves or others fatally ill because their desire to protest outweighs their desire to prevent themselves or their loved ones from getting fatally ill.
But don't worry: actual epidemiologists said we should be going outside and getting outside activity to fight the SARS virus so Surtur's entire point is moot.
