Frost can do the exact same things Storm can, but to a greater degree. Frost can drain the energy right out of her.

When I said "How?"...I meant, how is she gonna control the surrounding temperature better than Storm? Resist Storm's lightning attacks? Have better control over the moisture and air/wind on the battle field? Plus stop Storm from using internal attacks?

I just think her control over heat is too great. She was about to drain the entire sun, according to Firestorm

Her main ability is to absorb heat and against the Human Touch, Sunfire and even Firelord should would win. While impressive, she has still been effected by lightning and its electricity.
How is she gonna stop Storm from beating her senseless with winds? Storm said she could put a Cat 5 hurricane inside of Mister Sinister...which is a killer move. She later defeated him by giving him a stroke.
I think my biggest problem with this fight....Frost has terrible range. The majority of her attacks are usually within a couple block...while Storm's powers are global.
Also, Storm's mutant powers protect her from Iceman's freezing ability when he froze the Empire State Building. So that something to consider.

Storm has never actually done that and per rules, characters fight in character.
I admit hurricanes and wind can do Frost in, but it really comes down to who gets the first attack off first. Frost is more impressive to me, after what she did to the whole Justice League. Storm doesn't have feats like that.
And she's quite durable, taking electic attack from Black lightning and even Superboy.

As stated in the forum rules, they are .5 km away from each other at the start of battle. So that is far enough for Storm to cast lightning bolt at her faster than Killer Frost can shoot ice beam or anything back. Plus, Storm can also fly so she has a better wider mobility to dodge incoming projectile attacks from Killer Frost at the start.

Again, does Storm have defenses of someone absorbing her energy? Someone on the level of KF? Steve Trevor stated that Frost was going to kill him in a second. Plus, like I said before, KF is extremely durable.

Lightning will hit Killer Frost first and foremost before she could do anything to Storm. If Killer Frost could withstand it, then yes she could possibly win. But Storm won't just simply shoot one lightning bolt and then wait for Killer Frost to gain composure and fire back.

As HandofFate stated, her main power is to absorb heat base not lightning base sources and she has been indeed effected by lightning with physical stress not in an absorbing manner.

That would still power her here. not to mention, she can use her freeze ability to negate the lighting, as in BL case.

In addition, his personal force fields have easily blocked the attacks of an entire squad of X-Men, including Storm. So yes, that "stroke" was very poor writing or a very low showing, and it is NOT consistent with Sinister's average power-level and power-set.
