That is ineffective to Storm because she could easily fly away if comes to that situation. Most of KF's ice attacks are continuous beams (except shooting icicles) and that would be effective in close proximity. Storm can fire rapid burst of lightning bolts from far away and on the move.

I'm not too convinced that she can put her down with lightning. Perhaps, but like I said earlier, KF drained the life out of the entire JLA, instantaneously. That type of attack would own Storm.
BTW, it takes a lot to drain Superman, and KF did it easily. That's how powerful she is.

Yes, I know KF is indeed more powerful than Storm power-wise. I'm not sure either would lightning put KF down because I know KF is pretty durable. It might or might not.

Here the problem. You're comparing Black Lightning electrical attacks to a real lightning bolt. Not only a real lightning bolt but multiple lightning bolts.

Well she did it not to a global extent. It was from Post-Crisis. She causes Hawaii to snow.
I have an assumption that the more heat energy she drains, the more power she receives so potentially her powers can be limitless. In the freezing of Superman and Justice League scan was pretty impressive. She implied at the end she didn't know the extent of her powers and could possibly do more.

We have no time frame on that. I thought it was a cool feat but we have no idea how long it would take her to drain the sun. If you look at the pic, the sun is not even proportions correctly.
Also, if we gonna use space feats. Storm does have her cosmic core feat. Where Storm summoned the power of millions of stars and planets.
I think people are forgetting the starting distance. Storm have PLENTY of time to take to the air and rain down everything she wants on top of KF. This is a massively stomp in Storm favor. If they were face to face, then I can see an argument but they are a football field away from each other. Easy win for Storm.

Frost can fly on cold winds and as far as I know she has never been clocked at an exact speed. Though it should be noted she flies on winds...the same thing Storm controls with a mere thought.
Also, is Frost weakness to cold common knowledge...cause this might a really fast fight.

What Carver meant was can Killer Frost freeze the entire surroundings and the Justice League had she not drained the life force and solar energy out of Superman.
You also gotta consider when Killer Frost is near a heat source like Firestorm or the sun, her ice power intensifies greatly. But in this battle, she loses that advantage because there's lack of heat source. Yes, of course Killer Frost can freeze Storm with her regular non-amp state but her powers aren't as great as the time when she was with Firestorm or with any heat source.
