616 Cap gets punched out by the ressurected Abomination and then his unconscious body gets caught in the shockwave of Hulk being punched around nearing the end of an issue

From the Avengers Prime series, Cap knocks Fafnir, a Thor villain who also happens to a dragon who has the height and width of a multistory apartment, out of the air, mid-leap, with a shield throw. And it was not his usial shield, just a shield taken from a random troll he beat up

Cap vs Red Skull in mechanical armor - Cap is smashed into multiple brick/concrete walls/floor hard enough to crater/break/punch through them. He eventually gets the whole building collapsed on him but gets back up pretty quick
