you're right for the most part, but lets not forget about the lurkers, and google still crawls this site, and every repeat of the same quote does bump that quote up in search results. in fact my signature dune quote comes up at like #4 if you search it, since it's been reposted thousands of times here. this was really bugging me during covid lockdown since this forum was such a hotbed of reposted misinformation.

Are you saying that even in a dying forum like KMC's been for years, shit like Dadudemon's "covid is a virological hoax" got read/spread thousands of times through the interwebs?
