Yup, that's also a good weigh to burn fat and stay in shape too 😄
The knee rising does wonders for your upper leg muscles, its like doing squats whilst doing cardio.
I used to do it in the woods and used tree branches for pull ups and other exercises in between runs and sprints. I also did it when I did taekwondo.
Running on the balls of your feet helps with the lower legs.
