Me I think, this is the sort of stuff, I tell Surt people only say online... anywhooo, moving on.

Chairborne Rangers are funny like that. Online! 😛

Also to Rob, what would you do about it?

Stupid question. You'd not say anything like that if we met in person. Stop being silly, Surt.

Yes they are, i know the line offline and I know people react very differently offline and I respect that.

You see, I love you to bits mate and I understand family commitments, they are different for everyone, but, don't let society make you fade away. Do not go quietly into the night!

Man since the virus I've picked up several kettlebells 16kgx2, 24kgx2, 32kg and 40kg.

You can do some crazy ass workouts with those things and they take up hardly any room.

turkish getups, swings, cleans, goblet squats, deadlifts, double swings, farmer carries, clean and press, clean and jerk.

All really athletic movements more then focusing on just static weights, it's good times. Cardio meets weights and only takes 20-30 minutes 😉

I just get the kid involved and then it's not me being selfish, it's family bonding 😛

Very good, though. One of the most enjoyable and original Lovecraftian films I've seen. I want to watch the earlier connected film about those guys in the house.

I've seen it too, it's called resolution I think

So Whirly is British?

Lets raise a glass to world hero Winston Churchill.

Somebody no one would ever call a villian, war monger, or racist purger of the mentally ill.

To Churchill!

i have used kettle bells and I do see where you are coming from. I have used Indian clubs too which are similar and yeah, a plus with a lot of kettle bell stuff is it is very functional. So yeah, i get where you are coming from, I do a bit of yoga these days too, more since lock down but still not regular enough. I admit since I found my weight loss allowed me to run with less knee soreness, running has become my fave thing.
