The fact that he is doing an about face is the only thing about this that makes me wonder if this was an inside job. If he had doubled down on his rhetoric, that would fit the man. The quick turnaround to unity is either political genius, or a pre-planned move. Yeah, it's excruciating. It basically never ends. It starts again as soon as the next president takes office, especially with midterms and such.

Smart move. I think there was no recovering from that debate performance for Biden. I'm not sure Harris can win, but I think she definitely has a better chance than Biden.
