Not true at all. One of the best pizzeria's around here is a little local place that's about half the price of most other places. Stands up to Pepe's or Modern Pizza, for my money.
There's a lot of decent pizza's, if you look for them. Lot of mediocre to bad too.

That's Kirklands standards though. Legally, there is no regulatory standards for extra virgin, compared to how they do it in Italy and other places, where a regulator actually comes around and checks.
Although from what I hear, those regulators can be pretty lax, if not outright corrupt, and just come around for the money without checking shite.

I mean, I understand they put up Whole Foods and hipster dipster stuff they like, but most people don't relocate for that. That just keeps them there. What is it that actually has them pick up and relocate, instead of going "Nah. I'm fine where I am."
