Speaking of American Psycho, been thinking about the ending. The Paul Allen thing, do you think Bateman even knew Paul Allen? Was he just hacking up someone and imagining it was Paul Allen in his head?
The writers went on record saying Batman was definitely a serial killer, but that the hookers may have been less pretty, or the plans may have been less smooth then he imagined, so I'm kind of picturing The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and Texas Chainsaw Massacre mixed with Scarecrow gas infected characters from Batman Begins, or something. Yeah, it happened, but absolutely nothing happened the way we saw it.

It was only a few years ago I first saw the movie. I legit found a dvd at the dollar store in the bargain bin that was a 2 movies in 1, american psycho along with requiem for a dream, for $4.
I never understood if he imagined being a killer or not.
