The irony of Big Bang Theory, is it pretty accurately reflects the type of people who take over in companies, after people who know what they're doing retire. When all the well adjusted businessmen retire, we're left with armies of Sheldon's.
I know, I've met some of these people myself. All emotionally stunted brainiacs who think everything can be distilled into spreadsheets.
