Yeah, I'm supposed to be cutting down but I find wine is actually more expensive... but it does help me pace myself more so than a gin and cranberry. Cos I'd just down that. 😂

Room temp in a 19th century Parisian basement must surely be colder than room temp is today, some reds are surprisingly quite nice if stuck in a fridge for 20 minutes before drinking.
