Broly's actually threatened to beat up several posters over the years. No one ever took him seriously of course, even when he said he's "killed people".

I wouldn't know, I barely have a drop of masculinity in me, but I think it's a pretty good way of looking at manliness and masculinity in general.
But yeah, that threat or implication of possible violence is stripped away online, so people tend to go much harder at each other without it.
