PR voted in Nov 2020 and "Yes" to statehood got the majority of the vote. They passed the "Puerto Rico Congressional Act" and sent shadow congress members to petition for statehood.
Not sure where it is, but it needs to pass ASAP. Guam needs to become a state as well. American Samoa most likely too.
