I don't concern myself with the bench press all that much, never wanted a massive chest, just a fit one.

Thats almost exactly the same as me.

Not only very similar weight and reps, but same as you find it difficult to go any higher due to joints (even though technically with that many reps should be able to go a fair bit heavier).

In June, I gave myself a 30day challenge of 200 pushup a day, no exceptions. Tired, sick, lazy, didn't matter, I did them.

Did 5 sets of 40 pushups every day for 30 days straight. Going to do it again for August.

I guess I could do some exercise. At university I surprised people with 1 handed press ups. It was all in the technique. Bring one arm to the centre and your other arm on your thigh or back. Simple lol 😂
