I'm back to working out 3days at the gym for 75-90 mins each, since restrictions were lifted. The pushups I do fairly regular but it varies. Sometimes I can go weeks without, or I can do them every day for a month straight. eg I've done 2 sets of 40 today, I plan on doing a total 120 to 200. Tomorrow I won't do any.
Because of the restrictions I bought 2 16kg kb, 2 24 kg kb, 2 32 kg kb and a 100lb kb with 2 slam balls a 30 and 50 lb so I just exercise in my backyard I also have 2 adjustable 90 lb dumbbells. Makes for some good times and my son generally hits the weights with me.

pfft that shits easy 😖hifty:
It took Biden and his red headed press secretary five days since the anti-communist protests in Cuba started happening to say that communism is a failed ideology lol.
Five days to say something which is basically common sense....smh.
He also finally said that socialism is not a good substitute either. Oh really? Then why are you supporting socialist policies, Mr. Fake President?
He says one thing but his actions say the exact opposite... Oh Joe... smh.
Guess I shouldn't really be surprised considering he doesn't even know where he is half the time lol

If that is your lvl ( and I can believe with your gymnast background) I'm not on your lvl lol.But while I can't do that my triple lifts took me to a little over 1500 raw at a bodyweight of 220 and 6 3.
So what I am hearing is that you are tall and muscular. Tell me more. 😉

Lol I loved the meathead culture, I lived for high lift days but I don't know how some ppl can keep it up for so long because it is really hard on joints.
I wish I had learned Olympic lifts when I was younger and now I just cheat by using kettlebells lol
So Crying Suns, a FTL: Faster Than Light clone heavier on story than combat, has an odd scenerio where they have future tech that keeps space station fertility rates down to 1% of the population, to keep it manageable for the limited supplies. Due to some accident, the switch gets flipped in the opposite direction making the fertility rates 99%. They claim they have "old technology" yet it does not work to fix the problem.
All the time I'm reading this, I'm wondering whats so hard about making condoms. I don't care how fertile a population is, if the stuff never reaches it's destination, problem solved.
Bit of a plot hole there, or maybe its a suspension of disbelief issue. But we're talking super basic easy make for future societies with space ships, hard to ignore that.
