Darth thor, you bastard. I’m jelly I’m not as fit.

However, I bet I have more leg muscles. When I played soccer I was ruthless in tackles. Always got the ball too. Then I’d kick it up to the forwards or backwards to the keeper. Sometimes I even showed off my dribbling skills lol 😂

You probably have. Never played much football and hate training legs. Don't think I ever made it to a 100kg back or front squat. (Supposed to be squatting more than you Bench).

Running helps build your leg muscles as well as squats and stretching. When it comes to defending, kick the ball into the player. You hit the ball, so you can get away with it. ****ing Italian players just draw out a yellow card. The dirty bastards.

Never used to run much either. Which I'm actually sort of glad about. Because I can still squat and run, whilst some of my friends same age as me, can't run or squat anymore due to knee pain.

How old are you?

42.

the answer to the ultimate question. nice milestone 👆

Well, I’m 29. My legs are still strong 💪

I got my first gaming monitor, an Acer Nitro.

Switch games look great on it.

Never take advice from other people. They ruin everything.

"I'd never read on a smart phone, it's too bright and unreadable."

See, I never had that problem. But now that he said it, I keep thinking it when trying to read a phone.

It's like the phenomenon where if someone reads about symptoms of a sickness, they think they have it. Just avoid other opinions like the plague if you're happy with something.

reading tiny letters on a tiny screen for a long time...to each their own, but i wouldnt advise it

Great strategy to wake up a muscle group.

My biceps were always a lagging area until i did 50 chin ups every day for 30 days. They've massively improved since then.

My chest (like yours I assume) has always been one of my strong points, and it's probably not a coincidence that I used to do almost daily push ups when I was young.

Aye, I've been doing pushups fairly regular since my late teens.

Do you have a routine that you do?

I'm back to working out 3days at the gym for 75-90 mins each, since restrictions were lifted.

The pushups I do fairly regular but it varies. Sometimes I can go weeks without, or I can do them every day for a month straight. eg I've done 2 sets of 40 today, I plan on doing a total 120 to 200. Tomorrow I won't do any.
