True, but if you were going to town on someone so to speak, you'd hit them with the wrong angle of the bat and lose your grip on it, a baseball bat would be much more efficient in that regard as the shock absorption on your arms would be more consistent. The thing about a place like Afghanistan is, there are a lot of tribal areas run by warlords, so theres no law that applies to those people.
But that was just as true with western armies there as well. In fact we allied ourselves with such people.

Batman has NEVER beaten Superman IN CANON without massive one-sided prep (Tower of Babel)... never. Clark has beaten him before though and Bruce even admitted in "Hush" storyline (which is a Batman story no less) that if Clark truly wanted to he could use his superspeed and squish him into the cement or whatever.
I like Batman, he's such a cool character... but when the Batman fanboys say stupid shit like he's superior to Superman it just makes me roll my eyes. Even Diana would shit stomp Batman (and she has humiliated him before)... hell, even Spider-Man would crush him.
Even Captain America could give him a serious run for his money though I think Bruce would still win in the end more times than not against him.

Batman wins because... he's got something on his belt or a machine in the Batcave that tells him where The Riddler is hiding out.

Yeah, you'd think he'd want some help cleaning up that shithole of a town he lives in. But his ego is overinflated too much to let anyone else other than himself try and fix it and as a result, innocents suffer.
