We have video footage of the entire incident. It doesn't matter what Kyle said, it matters if it was self defense or not.
A key witness just admitted Kyle only shot him after he pointed his gun at him and advanced on him. Merely pointing a gun at someone makes shooting them justified self defense.

Since when does possible premeditation not matter? Especially when words were later put into action in an exact manner. Shouldn't the jurors be allowed to see that to then judge for themselves? That's how out legal system works.

I seriously doubt the murder charge will stick. There is way too much evidence proving it was clearly self-defense.
Although, I suppose the jury could be afraid to do the right thing and acquit him because they might be afraid of left-wing riots if they did.
