Take it from another center left guy. The radicals will turn your mind to mush.
I just watched a GB news clip of a black American criticising CRT theory, BLM and even claimed more unarmed white criminals are killed by white cops than unarmed black criminals. Interesting, if true.
Like any rational person, I make my conclusions after I've gathered the evidence, not before.
Politics today seems to force people to pick a side and stick with them through thick and thin. Like 'Oh you believe in immigration reform? You belong with us on the right, now watch this video on the rest of the ideals we'll allow you to hold.' Or alternatively, 'You want better workers rights? Welcome to club left, here's a list of celebrities you hate now.'
As though the idea of a person having the freedom to develop their own code of morality and ethics based on opinions and experience is unnatural.
Prosecutors argued at the time that the CVS video showed Rittenhouse "fervently sought to insert himself as an armed vigilante into situations that had nothing to do with him."
I won't lie, I've thought many times about going Punisher on criminals that have nothing to do with me.
Like the entire Italian Mafia. If every single one of those wise guys dropped dead, we'd all be better off. Bunch of murdering psychopaths.
And yes, I'm aware my wanting them dead makes me a wanna be murderer too. I happen to disagree with the notion that all killers are equally bad. Pacifism simply allows the killers who target innocents to do as they please.

That will be true because Blacks are still a minority.
But I agree this need to peg people with a label for what they believe in is BS. If you want to name yourself, then fair enough, although those tend to be the more narrow minded because they've restricted themselves to the label they've pegged themselves as.

Glad there's less talk of nuclear family destruction. That was always a BS argument.
We have single parent homes and mother run households now. There is literally nothing in the US government system forcing a nuclear family anymore.
But what is the alternative to mother and father parential care anyways? Having a "village" raise the kids? What does that even mean, just letting the kids fend for themselves in the street and giving them occasional charity?
