Oh, and to all the crybabies complaining about "he shouldn't have even been there wah wah wah!!", he had just as much right to be there as the rioting thug asses or anyone else. 👆 👆

Who said I idolized anyone? Rob's the one who called him a murderer, for the crime of running away, being ambushed, and fighting back.

I normally have sympathy for a death, but I can't understand what they were thinking hunting him down and engaging him at all. If it was me, I'd be running in the opppsite direction as fast as I can.

Instead of me doing anything that requires effort today, I'll just refer you back to our conversation yesterday about personal responsibility for decisions and actions.

Yes, I know you think Kyle provoked the fight by carrying a gun. They had no choice but to ambush him and fight him and die.

But I wasn't defending Kyle in my last comment. I'm simply saying if I and three of my buddies wanted to punch Rob in the nose, and sawbRob with a gun, my first instinct wouldn't be to rip off my shirt and yell "BRING IT ON!"

I'd be making for the opposite direction. Because I don't want to be shot by Rob.

BLM "protestors" provoke a Missouri couple who were enjoying a nice peaceful meal inside their home by breaking down private gate and startling them with their whooping and hollering BLM shit. Couple arms themselves and warns BLM thugs to stay off their property.

Leftists: "Omg, what horrible racist white supremacists blah blah blah blah! They had no right defending their property! What horrible people they are!"

Young kid who wants to help people and protect his community arms himself with a totally 100% LEGAL weapon in case he needs to protect himself which he unfortunately ends up having to use to protect his life.

Leftists: "Omg, he murdered those people! He has no right to self defense when he is carrying a 100% legal gun around! The fact he was carrying it around provoked those people into attacking him! They obviously had no self control over their own actions. Rittenhouse made them attack him because he provoked them which means he lost his right to defend himself!!!" 🙄

You must be thinking of a discussion with someone because I have no idea what you're talking about with regards to me thinking he provoked the fight by carrying a gun.

100% vaccination, 40% boosters. They are canceling Christmas.

Proof positive the vaccines do nothing!

Not only did Kyle Rittenhouse not live in Kenosha. He didn't even live in Wisconsin. I don't see how it was "his community".

IIRC, both of his parents lived there. I know at least one of them did. He also worked there and it wasn't that far from where he actually lived anyway. Wasn't in same state but it was just over the state line which wasn't that far away.

In any case, I'm sure many of the rioters weren't actually from there either. Again, Kyle had just as much right to be there as the rioters did.

This is still America, ffs, despite how badly democrats wanna destroy it.

Quite possibly, yes. And I don't disagree that they both had a right to be there. They also all have to deal with the consequences of their decisions to put themselves in that situation. Taking personal responsibility for your own actions is something you agree with is it not?

Sure, but as I've already said, I don't believe he technically did anything wrong.

That's where I disagree with some commentators on FOX who say it was unwise for him to be there but they at least admit he still had a right to protect himself.

Trying to help people and protect a community you at least work in is not a crime. Burning shit down and tearing up shit is though. This all could've been easily avoided if the mayor or governor had done their jobs to protect that community.

They should be the ones on trial, not Kyle. I remember Trump offering to send in help to quell the riots but the governor basically told him to piss off and stay out of his state.

Legally he may well not have done anything wrong. He'll still have to live with the knowledge that his decision to be there and to take the actions he did had deadly consequences. As will the families of the 2 people killed regarding the decisions their loved ones made.

I agree with those commentators who say it was unwise of him to be there. Having the right do something doesn't mean it's a good idea to actually do it.

I agree about the political handling of all those protests. Again its a case of getting the politicians you deserve. If you elect useless, rhetoric loving blowhards who are completely inept at governing, regardless of their political persuasion then you get the outcomes that come with that.

Incredibly unwise and videos of him strutting about with his gun, show who he is imho.

I agree with most of this but the jury's job is to determine whether he broke the law, not whether it was wise or not for him to be there. Hopefully they won't be dissauded from judging the case and determining Kyle's fate based upon the actual evidence rather than on threats from leftists to engage in more riots.

They should've been sequestered.

I don't envy them their task. I've been a juror. Ironically legal definitions and arguments can sometimes be an Impediment to justice. The case I sat on was domestic violence. The situation was the couple had been out drinking. An argument happened when they got home. He beat the shit out of her. She phoned the police and wanted charges pressed while she was drunk and gave a statement then retracted it all the next day after she sobered up. She then said in court that she couldn't remember anything she said that implied his guilt. The entire thing was a shambles. He clearly battered her and she was clearly lying for him during her testimony but we were instructed by the judge to only consider the statements given so would have had to have found him not guilty.
As it turned out he pled guilty to aggravated assault on the police that attended the original call on the deal that the other 2 charges were dropped so we didn't have to reach a verdict. He got 9 months. Released in 4 then died the next month from drug induced heart failure. Couldn't have happened to a better guy, frankly.

I stopped reading after the first two, as homophobia was a thing in 1999 (and still is) and people were flipping out over pride parades in 2003 (and still are).

You're really stupid.
