Batman , as absurd as his story execution has become (pis), is FAR more interesting, PERIOD. Thats not up for debate. The normal being who walks amongst gods because his will, intelligence, training and resources allow him to do so.

Superman is nothing but absurd. He's near invincible, near all powerful and actually is more hopeful and harder to daunt than Jesus himself. Nothing is interesting about a character more powerful than everyone around him, more moral, and such a great guy that he won't even rub either in your face. The idea that any being comprised of id and ego could be that powerful AND be such a Mary Sue personality is ****ing beyond absurd

I think we often undervalue characters whose purpose is to represent ideals, rather than representing real people. It's okay for some characters not to be perfectly relatable.
