That's called overcompensating.

Carver and Cdtm need to go on a long vacation together.

They should just remember to take lots of lube with them.

On panel proof proves my statement. All of the DC characters I've named, shes stomped them already. Compare those DC characters with the Marvel ones and she would take them as well. You all are just in denial. She is a walking hax.

Well, to be fair, spit only works so well.

We both know that's not true, no matter how big a game you talk.

Why Carver has been so obsessed with Diana lately?

It probably has something to do with Superman, right?

It's purely Superman lol. Look at his WW Vs Blue Marvel responses.

You're right. I shouldn't have doubted you. Diana > Justice League.

Peep Batman there.. Wut the heck is he even doing there with that boulder?
😮

He was doing most of the work, as Superman and the rest of the males were too weak to do it.

Read some DC comics, celey.

When did Diana become more powerful than the rest of DC's heralds?

They were weakened in that scan.

By Diana's OPness

Superman is most the overrated out of all, EASILY. Zod, Kara and other Kryptonians aren't written the way HE'S written. It's not that he's a Kryptonian. He's literally a meta figure, a god proxy, Jesus in a cape. They have made him the God of Hope but even hope occasionally falls to despair... He is literally the worst written character in fiction. At least One Punch Man is satire. Superman is written like this in all earnestness which makes it that much more ridiculous.

Jesus had a moment where his faith was in doubt. God had his creation corrupted by a subordinate and was forced to kill off most of humanity. Superman literally has stronger faith than Jesus and is harder to defeat than Jehovah

a hero is defined by their weakness. The greater the weakness they overcome, the greater the hero. When you make your hero for all intents and purposes nigh unbeatable, you actually delete what defines a hero to begin with.

The reason why Thor has been outselling Superman the past few years is he's getting actual threats to him and his loved ones.
The reason why Batman works is because everyone he faces is a major threat to his him and his family.
Hell even Flash looses to non-speedsters all the time.

For Tomorrow: Exists.

Which was garbage

There was a point where they'd achieved a perfect balance with Supes. He was super powerful but could believably be challenged. Then they kept raising his power levels and one upping each other's feats. His personality could use an overhaul, too. He's excessively goody two shoes for someone who knows he's damn near the most powerful being in existence.

Superman is virtually a gag character, taking out characters that no other Kryptonian can. Period.
Sure the hero always wins, but is that always true?
A lot of heroes in DC has lost everything in various situations...
Marvel seems to be insane obsessed with making the lives of Heroes and even Villains miserable every now and then, but that is the main reason we read their Comics and watch their movies.
If the heroes don't lose every now and then, why haven't Villains been eradicated?
Or why do we still need to read the comics anyways

The X Men are arguably the most loved team in comics. And why is that? Because they are constantly in peril. Mutants face genocide every other day. In peaceful times they may be forced to endure someone spitting in their face and calling them a mutie while out for a walk. They die frequently. Go bad frequently. Get redemption. They infight. They disagree constantly on how to go forward. But then, when all is darkest they unite. They fight. They win. Often at great personal cost. The mutants are the most human of heroes and that's why they are so well loved.

Looking unbeatable ISN'T what defines a true hero. Perseverance over odds, especially personal weakness, be it emotional, spiritual or physical is what defines the hero archetype. You should check out Joseph Campbell's "The Heros Journey". Among writers it's considered the Bible for constructing a heroic arc and is actually what the storytelling structure of both Lord of The Rings and the og Star Wars trilogy is built around. Superman and other comics have actually dumbed down the concept of "hero" which is a construct that had existed since humans created mythology.

None of which has any relevance to what I said, but okay.

Though yes, the book is a very, very good one.

But It wasn't.

Stop finding excuses to justify that Superman's not an interesting character.

The problem with Superman is you have to make him interesting. Not because he's the architect but because it sells. Making him damn near invincible cheapens him as a character. Like seriously giving him villians that aren't a threat to him or his love ones is stupid. That's basically saying Superman is a psychopath that enjoys toying with people's lives he's sworn to protect.
Like really do a checklist in your head how many Superman villians are an actually threat to him? Not many.
Every good story has stakes. The reason why everyone enjoys let's say Daredevil and Batman is because they are going against beings that can beat them. The reason why even a character like let's say Shazam is never relevant is because the exact reason why Superman struggles to be relevant. Hell if I had the reign to Superman I'd actually do shit that's different. I'd most likely get rid of those goddamn trunks for good and tell DC if they ever bring it back in will intennially tank the character for good. Period.

Careful, Bazie. You just came back from a ban.

But yeah, Superman sucks.

I'm sure he's scared, given he's at [least] his 2nd account and about a dozen bans in.
