Obama administration banned them, but kept selling other weapons to basically the same effect, and refueled Saudi bombers twice a day. Then Trump repeals the ban anyway. I guess I should applaud him for being honest and upfront about endorsing crimes against humanity.

The US seems to exist in its own weird political ideological sphere. I feel like the modern DNC would largely be a center right party anywhere else in the Western/developed world. Yet our population is so dumbed down that entire segments of the population readily believed Obama was a socialist (he wasn't), and that aberrations like Sanders are part of some pipe dream Communist revolution. The "Left" by and large is mainly relegated to college school campuses, professionals, and grass roots organizations like BLM, Occupy wall st, i,e minority positions dedicated to grass roots change. I never got that its in tune with any major voting party. A true Leftist movement doesn't really exist in the United States IMO.
