However, Omega Shenron was a potential universal power, and Gogeta ragdolled him effortlessly. So it could be a decent fight... Especially with the no time limit stip.

If Buu turns DD into a chocolate bar and eats him, can DD adapt to that? Personally I say no. Because how can you adapt if you're eaten and digested?
I don't think DD could soak Boo's candy-beam, no. I also don't think DD is haxx enough to retain his sentience, and continue fighting, after being transmuted(like Vegito did.)
Either way, I legit cannot think of a feasible way that DD would be able to harm Boo at all... I mean, I guess it's possible that DD might be able to adapt beyond Boo's specific ki signature, given enough time...maybe? But even IF that were to happen, Boo should still be able to absorb DD via the Boo-goo.

So "Mero" and UI Goku DO fight for a while in the upcoming chapter(as our lord carver was hoping for), and Goku appears to be doing just fine against him... He actually looks to be handling him without much difficulty, tbh.What's still unclear is if Moro is currently able to use the full breadth of Merus's power/UI. If he is, then the implications for Goku are pretty staggering. Granted, all Angels are not created equal(and Merus is definitely at the lower end of the Angel totem pole given that he is just a trainee), but still... Goku being able to operate anywhere in the Angel tier is absurd.
