Supermans moved faster then faux time freeze, just like Goku has with Hit (Because no matter what Carver says, a true time freeze is not something you can overpower or outspeed. If you can, it was never time stopping, and a type of time dialation)

-Lex/Bruce/Doom have every resource from both Marvel and DC earth to work with
-Only hero's and villains that currently reside on DC/Marvel Earth are applicable in this battle (No outside forces. Ex. Phantom Stranger, Spectre )
-all the equipment and gear available to them
-1 day to prep

Beerus would be sleeping or eating, Goku would just stand there talking while Lex or Batman sets him up (Sorry morals off doesn't make Goku not an idiot), and Moro (At base, as opposed to the hyper amped versions), Superman can beat him easily with anti-Parasite tactics.
