Although I like to think of Beerus as a cat version of Galactus because they're both purple and they maintain some kind of balance through destruction.
In DC Comics they're around Highfather and Darkseid.

The problem with ranking them in Marvel and DC is that they don't have the reality warping abilities that come with being a cosmic being in either Marvel or DC. The power of cosmic characters in comics also tend to fluctuate a lot more.Although I like to think of Beerus as a cat version of Galactus because they're both purple and they maintain some kind of balance through destruction.

I think Beerus would curbstomp Darkseid.

The angels can warp any reality and create things on a whim. Whis can also rewind time

Besides I don't think you can push Beerus and Whis to the level of Parallax Hal or Classic Ion, which is the next step on the cosmic ladder in DC.

Beerus would stomp Odin in a fight, imo.

Odin has too many esoteric powers Beerus doesn't have an answer for. His TP alone is on a cosmic scale, blowing away BaBidi, the strongest telepath in DB.Odin also uses magic, which Dragon Ball Ki has no defense against.
Yeah I know Odin is no joke. But I feel marvel doesn't make Odin so powerful that he uses a small insignificant amount of his power to blow a planet with ease

Galactus have lost against beings who never showed reality warping abilities. A simple blitz through Galactus skull before he registered what was going on would end the fight and yes, Beerus is quick enough to do this. Galactus can't withstand an attack from a suppressed Beerus. He would die immediately from a Beerus that is trying to kill him. Its a non fight.
It does matter in comics.
And the rules of ki in Dragon Ball and comics is incompatible. Ki is magical in DC and Marvel, but it is not in Dragon Ball, as proven by the multiple times a distinction is made in the series (Such as Babidi's magic, or Baba's.)
This means it can't be assumed ki defense can block high end magic or spells.
Conversely, Marvel and DC have multiple feats of overcoming physical powers and energies.

I was thinking more along the lines of Pre-Crisis Darkseid, but from what I keep hearing he wasn't subject to the Crisis. Then there's Morrison's idea of a disembodied Darkseid.Besides I don't think you can push Beerus and Whis to the level of Parallax Hal or Classic Ion, which is the next step on the cosmic ladder in DC.
Yeah, but the time reversal is only for a minute or something like that.
That’s a big deal

Has Odin destroyed a planet with an flicker of his finger?

Show me Galactus overcoming physical attacks from someone as powerful as Beerus.
