I'm obviously talking about Jiren as of the ToP, given that we haven't seen him since then.
Point being: multiple sources state that Broly was the most powerful being the Z fighters had encountered up to that point(which scales Broly above Jiren), and as of this arc, Goku/Vegeta are the two most powerful beings in U7 that Whis was aware of.
So again: current Vegeta > Broly > Jiren (ToP)... And current Goku is astronomically more powerful than Vegeta, Granolah is more powerful than Goku to *some* unknown degree, Beerus is evidently more powerful than Granolah, etc.

Honestly I didn't catch where they said he was more powerful than anybody in particular, it was said granola was as powerful as he would ever get in the amount of years he sacrificed? We don't know exactly how powerful that is.
Granolah's wish was to become the strongest life-form in the universe(apart from the Gods), and the Dragon was able to make that happen by multiplying his power and shortening his lifespan.
So Granolah is indeed stronger than Goku and Vegeta right now. What Granolah didn't consider when making said wish, however, was this:
...So by the end of the arc, I'm sure the Saiyans will surpass him.
I'm just curious to see how current Goku/Vegeta compare to Granolah, because that will give us a decent indication of how they'd do against Beerus. As I mentioned, Granolah was only transformed into the strongest being in the universe "apart from the Gods themselves", which heavily implies that Beerus(a God) is still more powerful than him.
It's actually pretty hysterical how powerful they are making Beerus.
