Anyone else think Piccolo is the alien equivilent of a black guy?

I bet green is the space black.

Creating a Namekian god of destruction is not that farfetched since Super has being retconing the canon every seconds.
I've mentioned this before, but I think Piccolo would be perfectly suited for the GoD role.

If Piccolo and Gohan were to be given a good arc, I might just go back and pick up Super again.

Piccolo till day still has the best fight in the series to me. Nothing beats his and Goku’s fight in the tournament.

I do think Toriyama dropped the ball when he soft retcon the Namekians background from demon lite, to slug lite.

Doubt we can get anything better than Piccolo re-training Gohan. That was it.

Yes, Junior/Goku tournament fight was all kinds of awesome.

If Piccolo could unlock his god ki.

The only Universe 7 characters who got it had racial advantages, and the lowly humans who need it get shite. At least let the namek who was one half god of Earth do it.

Or better yet, Destruction unlock, since he was also the Demon King Piccolo.

I know, it's too bad really...

I'm not actually sure what the threat is supposed to be this arc.

If Granolah loses here, is there something else to do lol?

Well, there's still the angel copy cyborg.

Maybe it copies Granola and Vegeta, and Granola's boss steals an amp becoming the true antagonist.

Spoiler:
Lol, Vegeta losses the fight. The writers of DragonBall Super is D.A.F. They are the worst writers to ever hold a Manga pen

Are you really surprised, carv? That's Vegeta's MO.

Wow, I gotta say, I was hoping this time would be different.

Its like I said, my one hope was if Granola wasn't the true final boss.

Guess we'll have to settle for stage one Moro and Toppo.

So Vegeta is Pitt, the more damage he takes the stronger he gets. I bet he could have beaten MUI Goku.

Granola hasn't won yet. Still enough time for an 11th hour powerup.

So Vegeta's new form, "Ultra Ego" (lol), seems to be like a GoD-esque version of berserker rage... Wherein Vegeta is massively amped to Destroyer-ish levels, but proceeds to fight like an absolute dipshit. Instead of trying to dodge attacks that can potentially injure him, he just stands there and allows the attacks to hit him until he burns out.

Neat.

And Granola takes off the roboeye and somehow doubles his power.

Not at all surprised at the 'reveal' that Granolah was still suppressed. There was never a chance in hell that Vegeta was going to outright defeat him.

So once again Vegeta learned a new form that is worse than ultra instinct. Lol

To be fair he did do a lot better than current MUI Goku.

And it's still stage 1 unlock. Even Goku usually has a learning curve before really mastering a form.

So, do you think Goku and Vegeta could take eyepatch Granola if they double teamed him?

Things I learned this chapter:

Ultra Ego is a stupid name

Granolah unlocked the sharingan

Goku can heal himself? Seems like that would have been useful before.

So basically a rehash of Vegeta vs Cell all over again. His cockiness allowed him to let Cell become perfect and got his ass whupped.

What I’ve leaned so far, Dragon Ball Super is like Boruto. Continuation of a beloved series that shits on the original.
