Not even close. The eye jutsu's are all they have, think Fantomex. They made Sasuke see himself tortured for a thousand years, have characters see things that aren't there but seem real, steal your soul (The last one I made up, but the eye locks are very plot devicey and have tons of effects)
Most of the Narutoverse is meta tier, with the occasional Low Herald power display. It's not like DBZ where a continent gets shattered every week.
Problem is, within that tier can be a lot of haxx attacks - look at our comic tier. Batman1M with soul steal is a meta, so is Ambrose Chase, so is Invisible Woman etc etc. So it's a lot more finesse in their attacks.
So for the mind attacks, for example, Itachi (in the anime) used his finger to induce illusions in his opponent. Some could mess with space and time for BFR purposes, etc. Others controlled your shadow.
Put it this way. Carver isn't as big a fan of Naruto, which should say a lot.

But from what I saw in this thread, DB's characters combat speed seems far more superior. I probably wrong though, Since like I said I just a casual watcher

Yeah, then it boils down to who's faster, speed of thought yada yada.
In Naruto, there are a lot of attacks that land, then the target turns out to be an illusion, he counterattacks, then the original attacker is an illusion, then so on and so forth.

For all their powers, Might Guy showed a pretty easy way to deal with them. Just don't look them directly in the eye.
Wouldn't work with space time displacement or other powers, but eliminates a good deal of Uchina crap.
