That's essentially the Goldwater rule. Not all professional mental health organizations adhere to it, especially given the latest DSM, which puts more focus on behavioral observation for diagnoses, as opposed to prior emphasis on inferred, inner psychodynamics.

Should actually be a legit concern since he has been caught using prompters in news interviews.

And they should pay attention to Biden to make sure he doesn't try to cheat.
