Because Robtard, a person can still have dementia and have reasonable coherence in the early stages of it. This was never denied. It's the later stages of dementia that someone would be consistently out of it, however, Biden is 1 out of 3.

Well he didn’t.

Biden gave a bad-mediocre performance but still came out on top by just about every metric because Trump was terrible. You know it’s bad when the memorable jabs and one liners came from Biden and not Trump. Those are usually Trump’s bread and butter.
