Our own Sun can be called an Infant Star. It's relatively young in comparison to other Stars in the Galaxy.

😂 It's an idiotic thing to create a "FuLL SizEd" star in a planet because the star will consume that planet.
Surfer's intention was to create a star bright enough to lit up that world, not to consume it.

A new born Star explodes into existence and remains that way until it dies. For Surfer to create a Star that can bathe an entire planet in it's light would indicate a star of significant energy.
