Apocalypse cripples Odin Force Thor easily while Magneto KOs Surfer like the the chinny weakling that he is all over the battlefield until they get bored and start fighting eachother to see who is truly the most powerful one on the battlefield.
Chances are Magneto, having depowered Surfer and lobotoized Thor with his Celestial level power, simply calls Toad in a gimp suit and has him run a train on both of them.
